What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy provides a program suited for the uniqueness of each individual according to his or her health concerns. Yoga therapy addresses every aspect of the persons physical well being, emotional well being, psychological well being, and spiritual well being.
Yoga therapy uses different Yoga methods, postures, meditations, visualizations, breath work (pranayama), and more to bring about self healing and harmony with ones body and mind.
Yoga therapy is good for stress, acute pain, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, disease, pre or post surgery, and preventive health.
Custom-Made Private and Semi-Private Yoga Sessions
All of the Private and Semi-Private Yoga sessions will be custom tailored and designed for your needs. They are for people of all ages and all levels of Yoga.
Rates and Packages
One Private Yoga Session $75.00 per hour or $100.00 for an hour and a half
Buy 5 Sessions for only $72.00 a session ( a savings of $15.00 dollars )
Buy 10 Sessions for only $70.00 a session ( a savings of $50.00 dollars )
Couples or Partner Yoga $90.00 per hour or $120.00 for an hour and a half
Yoga Therapy Initial Consultation $100.00 for one hour or as long as is needed
Continuing Yoga Therapy rates are the same as above Private Yoga Rates.
Discounted Packages also apply.
These rates are determined by the cost of studio space, supplies, and work involved.
Gratuity is always welcome and appreciated. Gift certificates are available.
