Yoga Bootcamp:
Yoga Bootcamp is a traditional Vinyasa class set to include 10 poses which are held or repeated for 60 or 30 seconds. The class is intended to build the core and upper body strength necessary to take your Yoga practice to the next level.
Yoga Sculpt:
Stretch, sweat and and sculpt in this faster-paced Yoga class combined with light weight training! Gain upper body and core strength, and build endurance while stretching all muscle groups within the body.
